IRC channel new location

I have moved the rankett.net discussion and support IRC channel to a new network.

It can now be reached at #rankett at irc.hybridirc.com. You can also connect via the network’s web client.

The reason for this is that I wanted to move to a more traditional IRC network, and hybridirc has some nice features such as ipv6 support and continually refreshing lets-encrypt SSL certificates.

The Matrix support channel is still available at @rankett:mozilla.org, and you can direct-message me on the Fediverse at @fiskfan1999@mstdn.starnix.network.
